PPM's WebSVN downtime and few other issues here.

Hello everyone. I've been recently contacted by Phil (who's currently responsible for our server) about our WebSVN which was crashing the server many times (and I thought the blame was the new Battle for Middle Earth 1 server that is now being hosting at this same server). Anyway, the WebSVN is disabled now and, therefore, it not just prevents people from browsing it, but also from properly using the beta versions of OS SHP Builder and VXLSE III for the first time (if you didn't do that). We'll try to figure out what's going on, however, we already apologise for the inconvenience this may have cause.

Also, last week we've disabled HTML support in our forums. I've done what was in my range to fix every post possible, but if any of you still find a relevant content of the site that still have useless HTML tags on it, please, inform me and I'll fix it quickly. The site has so much content that it is hard to keep track of everything here.

Update: The SVN is back online with few tweaks to reduce server load. We are still investigating the causes of the server crashes related to the SVN.
