I am looking for the 3ds2vxl tool, but all I found where broken links, does anybody know a working link?

The programm don't work. When I start it, it says:

3DS2VXL version.0479
error reading 3ds2vxl.zip file

Any ideas?

I always get that error. I just click " RUN " and it works fine.
