I guess this is the best place to post this question, anyway, Ive been having hell with trying to use the XCC Mixer and Editor, kept giving me this damn error message saying "MSVCRT.DLL file is linked to missing export MSVCRT.DLL:_lc_collate_cp." I don't know what the hell to do so I said F*** IT. second problem, I downloaded an shp file of the old Red Alert nuke animation, since I couldn't use the mixer to create a new mix file, I thought I could just put the animation shp in the TS Directory and then add all the animation art and rule entries. Shouldn't it still work even W/O puting the file in a mix file, seemed to work with RA2, but not in TS. and if anyone has ever had the same problem I do now with the first problem I just explained, if you fixed the problem can you tell me how you did it and also are mix files necessary when you're adding new things to the game? Sad

Sincerily, I dont have an idea of what this message really means... maybe it couldnt call a function lc_collate from the dll MSVCRT.DLL (Microsoft Library that deals with Video and CRT functions for programmers, if someone already heard of clrscr(), then they know what I'm talking about). To solveyour problem, I recommend you to download the XCC DLLs in XCC Homepage and put them in your XCC dir. This probably might fix your problem...

it exists, because it comes with windows, but it's probably outdated... like I said, install the XCC Dlls in the XCC dir and this problem is fixed.
