CnCNet 5 now supports Dune 2000!

This is the initial release supporting Online/LAN/Skirmish games, more features will be added in the coming months (e.g. Map Previews..)

Now this. This is nice. Just this summer I was fumbling about, trying to play Dune 2000 on LAN. However, where one version (Grunt Mods) came with all kinds of sweet extras, it did not allow us to play. In the end I had people install the game twice. Now that is no longer an issue (especially since my friends didn't like it that much D Smile

Anyway, Dune 2000 is very underrated in my opinion, and it's nice to see it become more available again. And it's basically the best version, too. Nice!

All right. Fed2K's forums got this info, right? PPM is C&C, but Fed2K is all about da DUNEZ.

They gotta wicked standalone release, and awesome mod shit going down there.

PPM is not restricted to C&C. In fact, we need to pay more respect to Dun2k and add a section for it in the site. I'll do it eventually.

Sometimes, there is progress reported on sole survivor at CnC Communications Center forums. Hyper was working on it, not a long time ago, I think.

Sole Survivor is a tricky one, we are missing one more piece of information on the communication between the client and server.

I never give up on projects, I just have limited time to work on them.
