It's WW1 soldier.
This reminds me legions... There uniforms were probably like uniforms of other soldiers in these armies, but only the "Russian" seems me normal.
Czechoslovakian legionnaires fought in WW1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czechoslovak_Legions) in 3 armies:

1) Russian (most of them) - after war they fought against Reds (the force Reds had reckon with) and procceed anabasis via Transiberian Artery to Vladivostok and back to the home across Japan and America.
2)French (2nd in numbers)
3)Italian (the smallest, Czechoslovakian legion was excepted only to help, but then they were more than helpfull).
Our guys in Italia weared green uniform, probably crazy italian style...
