Importing palets into Photoshop CS2
So.. I'm tired of having to fix colour problems in VXLSEIII when i make a texture in Photoshop.. I want to define the bounds of the colours that I edit when i make textures.. so that, take my starship voxel, I dont have to constantly search for the colour #243 and replace it with #47 (it happened alot, and was QUITE annoying) simply because it imported the wrong colours...
I want to import the unittemp.pal palets to photoshop. Is this possible? _________________ "Reality is a lovely place, but I wouldn't want to live there." -Adam Young QUICK_EDIT
Using XCC Mixer, convert any shp to '.pcx' using the 'unittem' palette. Then open the pcx in Photoshop. If it works the same way it works in Paint Shop Pro X, you'll have the unittem palette in Photoshop.
PCX images carry the palette with them. _________________
