Well, it seems you made the buildings darker, but it still looks too chaotic. Try making building variations. Love those vehicles. Try making vehicles smaller. It needs some touch ups. Nevertheless, good try.

Edit: also, try to make building window color and vehicle window color the same color. Avoid light blue. Use dark grey, or dark blue.

This is cool, but you should learn to make stuff cleaner and less messy.

From a terrain, building perspective this has improved a lot and respect for spending the time to learn and develop this.

I still think the animations clash and could be cleaned up (especially the explosions with the black outlines).

I am curious on your progress for building active animation / build ups?
