Small windows gui editor that modifies the exe. Editable are the weapons, strength, armor, price, etc. Pretty cool and none of my edits have ever created any errors. I didn't create this, but I use it and it's good.

I agree with Chielscape with both things. Why is Anderwin banned, and I think the TFD isn't compatible...

Nice tool. It's not compatible with TFD, because TFD has a different executable than the original C&C 95, mainly due to the CD protection removed in TFD.

Anderwin isn't banned anymore. He was suspended for 2 days.

In TD no CD protection - it only check presence of a disk

Nope - I checked... only a few bytes different, and as far as I see, for no reason at all. All C&C95.exe editing tools are 100% compatible with TFD.

The NoCD thing is done with a command line parameter that has been in the game ever since its very first DOS release. Same for RA1

Nice, but it's missing a LOT.

It seems to be based on the original C&C95 UGE modules made by Agent 64. However, I have since then made a huge update of these modules:
http://www.cncworld.org/downloads/index.php?act=view&id=276

Slightly harder to use, but this can edit EVERYTHING.

I was using this program and edited some things ahead of time to anticipate for skirmish, but must have set something odd on the transport helicopter, because now in a mission during the campaign, where one is supposed to appear, it doesn't. Is there a way to default just one item? Or do you have a list of the default stats for all vehicles, infantry, etc.?

Not sure which editor you're talking about, but here's all default values. I doubt either of the linked editors have all of these though, since even in UGE I left out a ton of unknown values.

This is all data, exactly as the game has it, though.
