Its look great so but I have some suggestion that prehabs can make it better.

Make it less bright and try add some contrast, that help with to add some depth to the buildings compare to the terrain and also bring out details that have been hard too see, if you already done that you should add some more of it.
Also imo should the construction yard have another floor texture, a darker one, prehabs like that one used for the refinery.

Nice stuff but I think the not looking like its sitting on the map is something to do with lighting while rendering it for ingame use or something in that manner, cant say for sure.
